By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Check & Eat. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply globally. Check & Eat provides a digital self-tracking and lifestyle awareness tool that allows users to record food intake, hydration, activity, and related habits, and to receive general insights derived from such inputs. The Service may also support convenience-oriented features such as grocery planning and shopping list generation. The Service is intended solely for personal, informational, and lifestyle-support purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or alleviate any disease or medical condition.

You must meet the minimum age of digital consent applicable in your country of residence to use the Service. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts where use violates these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity or security of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse databases, algorithms, or content.

All software, databases, trademarks, content, and materials forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Check & Eat. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. User-generated content remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant Check & Eat a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where required by law, for security or maintenance reasons, or to improve functionality. Users may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check & Eat disclaims all implied warranties. Check & Eat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
